Approvals

The council decision on the plans to build a golf course, hotel complex and retirement home is pending. It is envisaged that the plans will be approved in the very near future as official authorities actually want a golf course, and see it as a way of developing European relations.

The current ban on building hotels on the Balearic Islands does not apply in this case as it is being built in conjunction with the golf course.
