Project

The plan is to build an 18 hole golf course covering approx. 145 hectares, with club house, golf academy and public driving range, a hotel complex, a retirement home and numerous living quarters. Funding is not required for the living quarters as it is on "Rustic" land and can therefore be built independently. The same applies to the retirement home, for which the government will contribute up to 80%.

64 hectares of land is available for the golf course with club house (excluding golf academy). All buildings will overlook the sea and we have been assured that there will be a constant supply of water.

Its ideal location between the seaside resorts of Cala Blanca and CapDÁrtrutx guarantees that the golf course and hotel will be used to maximum capacity.
