Buildings

A golf hotel, golf apartments and golf chalets of the highest quality for approx. 180 people are to be built on the western part of the golf course. This will cover an area of approx. 37,000 square metres and will extend to the Mehrower Straße to accommodate golfers and those simply looking for relaxation.

Plans for the buildings have only been roughly drawn up. The preliminary building stage is described below. The ground plans can therefore still be changed.

The planning department has set the following restrictions:

A maximum of 2 1/2 storey buildings with a gross floor area of 15,000 square metres maximum. The style of construction must be from the Mark Brandenburg. The length of a detached house must not exceed 20 m.
