Location

The project will be realised in Berlin, in fact in the Hönow municipality. This provides direct access to the urban motorway and is only 15 km from the centre of Berlin (government quarter). Hönow and Berlin are also linked by the suburban railway.

Hönow is on the north-eastern side of Berlin, in a green belt area known as the "Ostbrandenburgische Platte" (East Brandenburg plane). The characteristics of the region stem from the Ice Age and its multitude of natural lakes form the "Hönower Weiherkette" (Hönower chain of ponds). The shape of the golf course is formed by nature and its open space and ancient stock of trees are now protected by law.
